Depending on how you use Mystrick Games, we may collect information needed to operate the server and store, such as your Minecraft username and identifiers, XUID, email address, Discord account information when you link it, IP address and technical/device information, gameplay and moderation data, and purchase or transaction information supplied by our payment provider.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the server, identify accounts, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, enforce server rules, maintain statistics and improve our services.

3. Payment information

Payment card, bank or other sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. We do not intentionally store full payment-card credentials on the Mystrick Games server.

4. Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, fraud prevention and infrastructure. We only share information as reasonably necessary to provide or protect the service, or when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.

If you are below the age required to enter into online purchases in your jurisdiction, please use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us about a minor's account or purchase.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
