1. Using Mystrick Games

Mystrick Games provides an online Minecraft Bedrock server and related digital services, including optional ranks, cosmetics and server perks. By using our server, store or related services, you agree to these Terms and any rules or policies we publish for the service.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the Minecraft account you use and for keeping your account and purchase information secure. Purchases are generally tied to the account specified at checkout. Do not attempt to obtain a rank, item or service through fraud, chargeback abuse or other dishonest means.

3. Store purchases

Store products are digital benefits associated with Mystrick Games. They do not give you ownership of the Minecraft game or any third-party intellectual property. Rank features may be changed, replaced or retired as the server develops, subject to applicable consumer law.

4. Fair play

Paid ranks are intended to support the server and provide optional perks. They do not exempt anyone from server rules, moderation or punishments.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but online services can experience downtime, maintenance, bugs or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Prohibited use

Fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, exploitation of serious bugs, attempts to compromise the service, harassment, cheating and other conduct prohibited by our server rules may result in loss of access to services and/or purchased benefits, subject to applicable law.

7. Third-party services

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the payment transaction.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
