Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital purchases

Mystrick Games store products are digital ranks, cosmetics and server perks. Once a digital product has been delivered or activated, refunds may be limited, subject to the rules below and any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. Refund window

We intend to offer a 3-day refund window for eligible purchases, starting from the original purchase date. Requests after 3 days may be declined unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

3. Eligible requests

Refunds may be considered for unauthorized purchases, accidental purchases reported promptly, duplicate charges, or situations where the purchased product cannot reasonably be delivered because of an error on our side.

4. Non-eligible requests

Refunds may be declined where the product has been substantially used, transferred or consumed, where there is evidence of payment abuse, or where a chargeback is being used instead of contacting us first. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.

5. Rank/account transfers

If we support rank transfers between accounts, we may require purchase evidence and reasonable proof that the requester controls both accounts. Transfers are subject to our fraud-prevention rules and may not always be available.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute where possible. A fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in restrictions while the transaction is investigated, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the order/transaction ID, Minecraft username, purchase date and a short explanation. You can also contact us through the Mystrick Games Discord.

8. Processing

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

9. Subscription cancellations

For recurring products such as Titan, a customer may cancel future renewals through the available account/payment-provider controls. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already been billed, except where required by law or approved under this policy.

Note: This is a draft based on the general structure of the former NetherGames policy, rewritten for Mystrick Games. It is not a promise that every jurisdiction will have identical refund rights; mandatory local consumer laws always take priority.
